#Is technology harmful to me?

My answer is yes! Technology is everywhere now, but there aren't many people who can really make effective use of it. For me, technology is very convenient, but also to know the information what I want. I often use my phone to watch drama and play games. I am addicted to the Internet because I can't use my time effectively. So I think it is harmful to me.
